ISDA, FIA, GFMA and LBMA respond to IOSCO consultation on commodity storage

In July, the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) published a consultative report on proposed good practices to assist relevant storage infrastructures and their oversight bodies to identify and address issues that could affect commodity derivatives’ pricing. On August 29, ISDA, the Futures Industry Association (FIA), the Global Financial Markets Association (GFMA) and the London Bullion Market Association (LBMA) submitted a joint response to IOSCO’s report.
